Edson William Uhale
Managing Director
Edson holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering, both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Megark Solutions Ltd, where he leads strategic growth, certified seed production, and public-private partnerships in agribusiness. With over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience in energy, agriculture, and infrastructure, Edson brings deep expertise in project management, rural development, and enterprise leadership. Under his direction, Megark continues to expand its footprint in Tanzania’s agricultural transformation through sustainable and innovative seed systems.
Rubeni Njile Nduti
Farm Manager
Rubeni serves as the Farm Manager at Megark Solutions Ltd, leading certified seed production operations at ASA’s Mwele Seed Farm in Tanga Region. He holds a Master’s degree in International Agricultural Economics and Policy from Kangwon National University, South Korea, and a BSc in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from Sokoine University of Agriculture. With over 10 years of experience in agricultural extension, seed systems, and farm management, Rubeni has held key roles including District Agricultural Officer and project focal person under USAID’s Africa RISING program. He brings deep expertise in agronomy, value chain development, and planning for inclusive and sustainable agriculture.
Prince Mark Mugisha
Business Development Director
Prince is the Business Development Director at Megark Solutions Ltd, bringing over 20 years of experience in renewable energy, investment facilitation, and strategic project management. He holds an MSc in Project Management from École Supérieure de Commerce in Lyon, France, and a Bachelor's degree in Project Planning and Management. At Megark, Prince leads growth strategy, investor engagement, and partnership development across agriculture and clean energy sectors. He has previously directed major energy and infrastructure projects across East and Central Africa, including biomass, biogas, and solar PV solutions. Multilingual and internationally connected, Prince is a seasoned liaison for cross-border collaborations and sustainable business growth.
Walter H. Moshi
Field Supervisor & Marketing Officer
Walter serves as the Field Supervisor at Megark Solutions Ltd’s Mwele Seed Farm, overseeing day-to-day field operations. He also supports marketing and sales activities, including customer service and inventory coordination. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing) from St. John’s University of Tanzania and brings experience from Vodacom and Volt Africa Co. Ltd.
Martha Wilson Warioba
Office Manager
Martha serves as the Office Manager at Megark Solutions Ltd, overseeing administrative operations, internal communication, and office logistics. She holds a Degree in Business Administration from the College of Business Education (CBE) and brings over a decade of experience in office management, marketing coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Martha ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports cross-functional teams, and maintains efficient document and communication systems. Her strong organizational and interpersonal skills contribute to a well-managed and responsive work environment.
